How much does Lawn Care Launch cost?
Lawn Care Launch is priced based on the annual gross revenue of our lawn care business clients. We created a short video for you detailing how the pricing works. Watch that video and get more information about pricing on our pricing page.
Is Lawn Care Launch for people starting or growing their business?
Both! Any business owner who falls within the $0k – $300k revenue range is perfect for using Lawn Care Launch. Some business owners that we work with are just getting started, and others have sustained a certain revenue for years but are looking to grow now.
What happens once I get access to Lawn Care Launch?
Once you sign up for Lawn Care Launch, you’ll complete your onboarding checklist which consists of scheduling your onboarding meeting and joining our lawn care business owner community. Additionally, you get immediate access to a library of resources for marketing and financial management.
What should I expect in the onboarding meeting?
In this meeting, you’ll meet with your committed bookkeeper and our web designer to get things in line for your financial clean-up, website, and the other on-going products that you’ll receive on a month-to-month basis.
Can I pick and choose which services I get with Lawn Care Launch?
No. We are the one stop shop for helping you grow by providing bookkeeping, marketing, and mentorship in-house. They are all critical pieces of helping you scale your business.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Group Q&A's
What kind of content is covered in the Group Q&As?
The content covered in the Group Q&As is 100% based on the questions our lawn care launch members send in. Some examples of content that has been covered in the past based on member’s questions are handling tax season, pricing services for a specific business, and making decisions based on monthly number reports that their bookkeeper provides them with.
How many people are part of the Group Q&As?
This number ranges depending on the month. Sometimes it will just be a couple of lawn care business owners sitting in with Kevin Salters and Megan Coberly. Other times, there will be a dozen or so. While we don’t plan to limit the number of members who can join the Group Q&As, we will limit the number of questions answered and notify the business owner before-hand if their question will be covered in that month’s Q&A.
Who can ask questions during the Group Q&As?
Any member of Lawn Care Launch can submit a question to be answered in a group Q&A. The Q&A is a closed meeting meaning we want to answer YOUR question with YOUR numbers about YOUR business.
Are the group Q&As recorded?
Yes. These are recorded and uploaded to the “Learning” section of your Member Portal.
When are the Group Q&As typically hosted?
We hold group Q&As at the end of the month if questions have been submitted. This allows you to have up-to-date books after attending your monthly meeting with your bookkeeper. Access the Event section of your Member Portal to see the next group Q&A.
Where can I find the Group Q&As?
Lawn Care Launch Members can find Group Q&As in the “Event” section of their Member Portal.
Seminars
How are seminars different than Q&As?
Seminars provide a class-like engagement. While the presenter may ask for audience engagement, the bulk of the time is spent teaching you or bringing you up to speed on any new information. Questions can be answered at the end of the seminar.
What kind of content is covered in seminars?
Lawn Care Launch seminars cover a variety of topics relevant to lawn care business owners. For example, we might have seminars on topics ranging from marketing as a lawn care business owner to hiring your first employee to tightening up your route density. These are designed to be educational and packed full of applicable content.
Are seminars recorded?
Yes. These are recorded and uploaded to the “Learning” section of your Member Portal.
When are seminars typically hosted?
Seminars are typically hosted in the evenings or on a lunch break. They are always recorded so that you can listen whenever is best for you.
Courses
What courses come with Lawn Care Launch?
Right now, Lawn Care Launch members have access to the Launch Roadmap Course and the Backlog of all previous Group Q&As and seminars. We are working to add more courses to this library!
What is The Launch Roadmap?
The Launch Roadmap gives you a clear plan and “travel agenda” for what you can expect as you grow your business. There will always be surprises and things to overcome, but having a roadmap makes it easier to navigate through.

Lawn care business owners use the LCL Facebook Group to ask questions, answer questions, post updates, ask for help, and get to know other business owners in their industry.
Can I ask questions about my business in the Facebook Group?
Yes! We want this to be a place for you to ask questions about your lawn care business to other lawn care business owners across the nation.
Lawn Care Launch Financial Management
Bookkeeping
Do I get the SAME bookkeeper month to month?
Yes. Your bookkeeper is committed to you! Please know the bookkeeper’s circumstances may require some brief periods of who meets with you but these are meant to be temporary and provide our bookkeepers with the flexibility they sought after when becoming a bookkeeper.
Will my numbers be available weekly?
No. Our bookkeeping is a monthly service. We are committed to accruing consistent historical data that you can use yearly to note trends and to recognize patterns that make YOUR decision making process easier. We are not looking to provide custom reports or on-demand reports.
Can I request a specific bookkeeper?
Yes. However, the final decision lies in their hands. We work closely with our bookkeepers to ensure that they remain satisfied with the amount of clients they obtain.
Do you provide job-costing?
No. Job costing is not a part of your core financial management services. Your bookkeeper may be more than happy to provide that for you with her own add on service menu with an additional charge.
Does my CRM have to be synced with Quickbooks?
No your lawn care business CRM sync with QuickBooks does not NEED to be done before working with us.
Will you handle a Quickbooks and CRM sync?
Yes. Why yes we do. And it won’t show duplicate income! If you have a sync, we would STRONGLY suggest requesting an accounts receivable reconciliation twice a year from your bookkeeper. This would be an add-on service paid in addition to your recurring monthly investment with Lawn Care Launch.
Clean-Ups
What is a Clean-Up?
Since many clients join after January 1 of the current year, our bookkeepers perform a clean-up to make sure we have all the numbers for the full year recorded. This allows us to paint a full picture of your business and compare numbers in future years.
Does the clean-up involve a look at my previous numbers?
No. We will insert ourselves as of January 1st in the current year. Before joining we ask that you bring your tax filings up-to-date. This will allow us to complete a cleanup for January 1 of the current year and then move forward with you!
Monthly Meetings
How long are my monthly meetings?
Monthly meetings are 45 min for 10 months of the year. We do not hold monthly meetings in December or January. Your bookkeeping is still getting done but our bookkeepers are not in front of the camera.
How do we meet monthly?
Your bookkeeper will issue a link for a web conference via email at the time of your meeting. No scrambling, just check your email for their link.
How do I schedule my monthly meeting?
This meeting is your accountability to us and our accountability to you monthly. Therefore, every month you will receive a link requesting you to schedule your month’s appointment. Once requested you and your bookkeeper are working as a team to come prepared with final questions. Feel free to work with your bookkeeper to schedule out several months’ appointments in advance! (i.e. the third Tuesday of every month).
Am I required to attend the monthly meetings?
This meeting is your accountability to us and our accountability to you monthly. Therefore, we ask that you do make it a priority to meet monthly with your bookkeeper. You will find the meetings very helpful. Think of it as dedicated time to working ON your business instead of IN your business.
Tax Resources
Do you file taxes?
No. Lawn Care Launch does not file taxes for you. We work with an amazing Certified Financial Planner who would love to help you file year-end taxes! Please email info@lawncarelaunch.com for her information.
Will you work closely with my tax preparer?
We want your year-end to go smoothly. This is a very busy time for you! We are open to input from your tax preparer; however, we do not work for your tax preparer. They should use their own recordkeeping to supply evidence of their work and not rely solely on Quickbooks.
What can I expect from you during tax season?
Once we have agreed on a date, you will receive your final year end reports from us. You can promptly send these to your tax preparer.
Do you provide specific tax help?
Lawn Care Launch would like to keep you abreast of new information in the tax world as well as answer general questions; don’t miss our seminars! Websites
How long does it take to build my website?
You will have your lawn care business’s brand new website built for you and live within 30-days after the initial onboarding call.
What if I already have a website?
During the onboarding call, we will review your current website, how it works for you, and its functionality to determine if we can keep your current website or not.
Can I see some examples of Lawn Care Launch websites?
Does your website service include SEO?
Our website designers and builders make it a priority to build SEO-friendly websites, meaning they follow all the rules that Google has for a strong website. With that in mind, our marketing services do NOT include regular in-depth SEO services. Although, our review management services do help with Local SEO by bringing your Google Business Profile listing higher in search results as the number of reviews you have grows.
Will I get to approve and request changes to the website design?
Yes! You’ll get two rounds of edits after the initial website has been built. After the initial building of the site, our web builders will also be available to make minor updates each month if necessary.
What platform do you use to build my website?
Our team uses an award-winning platform called High Level to build your websites.
Will I be able to make edits to the website myself?
Yes, you will have the ability to make minor edits to the website yourself. Although, you should keep in mind that we don’t mind doing those minor edits for you at all!
Can I request minor changes to the website after it is built?
Yes! Our website designers are ready to make minor updates and changes to your website each month.
Review Management
How will you help drive more reviews for my business?
Our team uses High Level to manage your Google Business Profile. To help drive more reviews, we will set up customer communication automations that send out periodic reminders for customers to leave a review after you have completed a service for them.
Does your review management help my Local SEO?
Yes! Growing the number of reviews on your Google Business Profile will help your business pop up in local search results for lawn care companies.
Customer Communication
Do I need a CRM in order to have customer communication set-up capabilities?
You do not need to have a CRM for our team to set-up customer communication. When you join Lawn Care Launch, you’ll get access to a CRM dashboard hosted by High Level. Within that platform, we will get your CRM set-up along with customer communication automations.
What services will you communicate with my customers about?
This is dependent on what you want for your customers. We can set up any of the following automations:
- Reminders about upcoming services
- Ask for customer to leave a review after completed services
- Seasonal additional services for customers to add-on to their current package
- Holiday Greetings
How often will my customers receive communication?
This is dependent on which automations you choose to set-up for your customers. Ideally, your business should be communicating with your clients on a weekly basis especially during the busy seasons.
Design Library
Will your team customize a design from the design library for me?
Yes! If you see a design within the library that you would like to use for your own business, you’ll be able to ask our design team to make those changes for you. There is a two-business-day turn-around time on the designs.
Can I customize designs in the library myself?
Yes! If you need the design customized before two-business-days, then you will be able to easily customize the design yourself using a Canva template link.
Do you have recommendations for where to get my designs printed?
Since we have Lawn Care Launch members across the United States, we cannot recommend any local spots at this time.
