Monthly CEO After Hours
When do the monthly CEO After Hours happen?
The monthly CEO After Hours occur on the second Monday of each month from 3-5PM.
What do we do inside the monthly CEO After Hours?
This is a time to come together with like-minded business owners to fill out tracking worksheets, complete admin work, ask questions, and enjoy community. We share some announcements and product updates at the beginning and then leave the rest of the time for getting things done. Most of our clients pop in during the time that works best for them.
It’s perfect accountability for working ON your business, not just IN your business.
Quarterly Business Planning Sessions
When do the quarterly business planning sessions happen?
The quarterly Business Planning Sessions occur the third Thursday of March, June and September from 3-5PM. The December / January session is set each year depending on holidays and is for the purpose of year planning.
What do we do inside the quarterly business planning sessions?
During the quarterly business planning sessions, the LCL founders walk you through specific questions and exercises that require your tracking worksheets to analyze the previous quarter and make a plan for the next quarter.
You’ll leave knowing exactly what your quarterly priorities are, your marketing plan for the next three months, and how you are tracking for meeting your annual goals.

What are the tracking worksheets?
When you join Lawn Care Launch Workshops, we mail you a physical copy of daily, weekly, and monthly tracking worksheets. They tell you exactly what to track, when, and WHY.
You will use those tracking worksheets to gather important data that the monthly and quarterly workshops will be based on.
